Welcome to the Blue Knights Illinois XXVI Chapter!

Illinois XXVI is chartered in Galesburg, ILL. Geographically, we are located on Interstate 74 and US Highway 34 in the West-Central part of Illinois. Our chapter formed in 2004 and we now have 30 members (26 Regular, 2 Associate and 2 Honorary) consisting of active, retired and civilians from the following departments: Galesburg Police Department, Monmouth Police Department, Knox County Sheriff's Department, Illinois State Police, Warren County Sheriff's Department, Knoxville Police Department, Abingdon Police Department, Rock Island Police Department, IL Dept of Natural Resources-Conservation Police, Sauk Village Police Department (retired) and the Secretary of State Police. Also, we couldn't do what we do without the help of our spouses, significant others and family members!

Illinois XXVI can proudly say that we have members that are Veteran's from the following branches of the United States military: United States Army, United States Air Force, United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy.

Illinois XXVI is part of the Great Lakes Regional Conference (GLRC). While our chapter members have traveled to parts of Canada and the U.S. to attend various Blue Knights functions, we have previously hosted the GLRC Summer Conference in 2006, 2014 & 2017.
